How it’s built

Layout
A white bounded page centers a pale drone-like object against a light gray gradient, in front of enormous faint white lowercase lettering. Tiny distributed navigation sits above, with small dark copy at the bottom.
Type
Huge faint thin rounded lowercase lettering, tiny sans navigation and small lower copy.
Color and surface
White and light gray gradient, pale gray object and low-contrast white type.
Components
A pale centered drone-like object overlays enormous faint lowercase letters on a light gradient with tiny distributed navigation.

What makes it work

  • Light gray-white gradient
  • Centered pale mechanical object
  • Enormous faint lowercase lettering
  • Tiny navigation and small lower copy
On a new subjectFor a public robotics exhibit, place an original pale mechanical instrument in front of enormous faint lowercase lettering on a light gray-white gradient, with tiny navigation and small lower copy.

Live behavior

Today
A pale blue-gray canvas holds a centered silver quadcopter over a very large, low-contrast outlined “aevion” wordmark. A compact brand/project row sits above; a two-line inspection statement and small scroll cue sit at the bottom. The saved hover frame instead shows a close side view of the drone and omits the bottom statement; the frames do not isolate why it changed.
Responsive
At 1440×1000 the drone spans most of the pale hero width. At 768×1024 the mark and menu remain, the drone is smaller and darker, and the visible caption is shorter. At 390×844 the tall field centers the drone, wraps the caption and moves the scroll cue left. Three widths do not establish all breakpoints.
Scroll
The desktop attempt records actual scrollY=750. The caption and top utility row remain near the top while a 64px inspection headline appears at lower left and a close drone view fills the right. The full headline is visible, with some words rendered faintly; no later full section was reviewed.
