Live behavior

Today
Studio Office uses a pale beige ground with thin dark borders and a large custom STUDIO OFFICE wordmark beneath a segmented top navigation. A serif subtitle and Denver address sit below it, followed by a wide photograph of a softly lit studio interior with an oval PHOTO GALLERY label. The desktop scroll state shows a WHAT section with a large condensed heading, a short description, and bordered feature cards. Tablet and phone keep the segmented header and wordmark above a portrait studio image.
Responsive
At 1440×1000 the segmented navigation spans the top, the wordmark is very wide, and a large landscape photo fills most of the hero width. At 768×1024 the navigation simplifies to three cells, the wordmark remains prominent, and the main photo uses a tall crop. At 390×844 the logo, subtitle/address and portrait room image stack in a narrow column, with the next section beginning at the bottom. These sampled widths do not establish exact breakpoints.
Scroll
At actual scrollY=750 in a 1440×8125 document, the frame shows a narrow lower strip of the studio photo above the WHAT heading, large short-term rental invitation, explanatory text, and the tops of bordered feature cards. The top navigation remains visible in this capture, but one position does not establish sticky behavior.
